A legal agreement of a little more than 5,000 words needs to move from English into Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, French and German without losing a single nuance. The original layout, clause numbering and cross-references must be preserved so the translated versions are immediately ready for counsel review and filing. Because this is a binding document, absolute accuracy in terminology is essential. I expect native-level command of each target language and demonstrable experience handling contracts, shareholder agreements or similar legal texts. Consistency tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ or equivalent are welcome as long as the final files read naturally to a legal professional, not like machine output. Confidentiality is mandatory; I am prepared to supply an NDA before sharing the source file. A quick turnaround is equally critical, so please outline your timeline when responding. Deliverables • Various separate translations (Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, French, German etc.) in the same formatting as the source document, delivered as editable Word files and clean PDFs. • A brief terminology list or TM export showing key legal terms and how they were handled. • A short confirmation note highlighting any sections that required interpretive choices or clarification. I will review each version with in-house counsel; payment will be released once they confirm the text mirrors the English original in meaning and structure.
